“BINTURONG FROM THAILAND!” No comments yet

“Binturong on my shoulder” by Sashamon,  This is Binturong, he might as well smoke dubes and be from hawaii. It’s natural skill or defense mechanism is chillaxing. Who would have thought

The Binturong (Arctictis binturong), also known as the Asian Bearcat, the Palawan Bearcat, or simply the Bearcat, is a species of the familyViverridae, which includes the civets and genets. It is neither a bear nor a cat, and the real meaning of the original name has been lost, as the local language that gave it that name is now extinct[3]. Its natural habitat is in trees of forest canopy in rainforest of BangladeshBhutanBurma,ChinaIndiaIndonesiaLaosMalaysiaNepal, the PhilippinesThailand, and Vietnam.[1]

It is nocturnal and sleeps on branches. It eats primarily fruit, but also has been known to eat two eggs, hamburger patties, rice, shoots, leaves, gravy and small animals, such as rodents or birds. Deforestation has greatly reduced its numbers. When cornered, the Binturong can be vicious. The Binturong can make chuckling sounds when it seems to be happy and utter a high-pitched wail if annoyed. The Binturong can live over 20 years in captivity; one has been recorded to have lived almost 26 years, and is one mean hawaiian

Skunk VS Snake! but not in a battle for life but a battle for who can fall asleep on each other the fastest.

Binturong’s other skillful wild instinct is to sit on your purse and not want to move. A skill most needed in the jungles of Asia. How clever…..

“i call this shit the calm” No comments yet

I am truly lucky. (this is not a joke) real talk, this is like some true shit where words could not describe how blessed i have really been. I haven’t had a hard life but i definitely didn’t have it easy. My family, my friends, my girl, tattooing and many life experiences, hardship and triumph have brought me along way. I’m thankful for every second that i am alive. Even the shit ones where i was broke or cleaning toilets getting yelled at every day, because they make moments like these soooooo much better. Im soaking it all in every minute every day. I know it doesn’t last for ever, you blink and you miss it. People are born, grow up, get old, pass on. But its all part of the cycle of life & I am honored to be apart of it. I’ll give it all i can give to get the most out of this short life and hopefully i leave a positive impression behind. I haven’t seen/learned enough or drawn or painted one thing but i’m so retardedly disgustingly inspired its dumb. If you could see what i see or feel what i feel maybe you would understand. This is not me bragging, just giving thanks, just appreciating, just humbled. period. Any more deep an i’d probably wouldn’t post this. Wish i could leave you on a super cool quote or something smart to say but…  -lucky

KOH SAMUI (1st day!!!) No comments yet

This is just too awesome to not blog about. I gonna make it quick but man oh man i will be sure to add to this blog. This morning i woke up in Bangkok and an hour later on Bangkok air i landed with Amanda in a very cool out door air port in koh samui. Its only the first day and damn it man this sh*t is off the hook. This is definitely going to go down as one of the best days EVER. No joke. Much thanks to Liz’s dad, David for all the help and letting us stay at his AAAAMMMMAZING resort and tim and liz for hanging with us. Im so sorry that I can’t get better pics, these don’t do it justice.

On a more simple note, koh samui is really kick back. Once you get out of the tourist area, which is not even that bad you’ll find lost of really small cool looking homes and lots of beach and country side with normal people living island life. Im talking carabao in the forest and scooters with food carts attached to the side. The perfect place to draw, play music bbq “Aisea styles” I’m going to try and check out some of the other islands but if i don’t this will do just fine. I highly suggest you come visit.  but keep it clean and don’t disrespect, like some of the shmucks out here…. . Ill post more later.

Fontaine Serpent à Karon Beach (Phuket) / Snake Fountain @ Karon Beach (Thailand) by Eric Rousset

IM OUT! Good by to the ones i love and later to the ones i don’t! Thailand bound. First stop Japan. I’m fricken hype! I haven’t been to either of the two in some time now. Everyone asks me if I’m going to visit my family but i haven’t seen them in so long i don’t think they’ll even recognize me and i don’t want to give them a heart attack. But I’m excited to see whats changed and just happy to be off island for a while. We got lots of events planed but this is the 1st of many. 1st ever tattoo convention in Bangkok with my beautiful lady. A little bit of work in the beginning but can i even call it work? I’ll probably just end up running around the convention like a reeree checking everyone out and make lots of trouble to Mike Ledger in between, hahaha. I love what I do and I do what i love. I am blessed everyday for the life I’ve been given. DONT SLEEP ON YOURS!! I’m bringing my computer. Not sure if i want to lug it around or if thats the best idea but ill be posting during the trip. SOUL SIGNATURE TATTOO (check it!) -aloha! ps thanks to Jason and Orly of CUKUI for the fresh new Cukui for the trip. Good lookin out. Gonna shoot some flick for ya’ll for sure.

just a sneak peekaboo of whats good

TALENTED CUSTOMERS! (PART 1) No comments yet

My friends always comment on how i’m in such a good position, that meet so many different types of people. From mechanics to secret service guys. I meet um all. And its pretty rad how talented most of them are. And if there job isn’t that great, they got a good story, tattoo related or not. Its probably one of the biggest perks of the job. Not that i’m looking for the hook up on shit all the time, but its always nice to know someone. So i guess i’ll start with Mark. A very good customer i must say, and im not brown nosing cos he works at Roy’s (the most ono lisious restaurant) and the fact he could fix me up a pretty mean meal…… or am I. Anyways, besides being a cool tattoo collector he is also a (i hope im not miss labeling you) sushi/japanese i’ll just say chef. The first time i met him he brought me these crazy knives and schooled me up real quick on the quality of them, pretty cool. Thats when i knew he was crazy! nah just joke. But on the real i can only admire ones dedication to his or her craft. Respect! (alright enough talk, here is his tattoo & some of his creations)

i stole these from his facebook. who’s hungry!

NEW YEAR, START IT WITH A BANG No comments yet

If i didn’t stress out so much, that would mean that i didn’t care. period. For the most part things go smoothly and don’t require too much mind wrenching thought. But every now and then i am not prepared or i just dont think something is right and i’ll rack my brain on how to make it work. So much to the point of serious fustration and right into a huge headache. That was the case with my first tattoo of the year. Even with his super easy going additude and open mind to change and suggestion i just wanted to make it right. With that I totally put what we were intended to do on the side for now and did this. Super fresh, he gave me a few ideas and i drew whatever i wanted and he said hell yea. MEAN… A good tattoo to start off the new year! thanks Kaeo and Nicole!

please ask me for stuff like this too, i’ll be stoaked happy new year. Do it up right and make it a good one! Heres just a few flicks i took yesterday. my hood, enjoy!
